July Business of the Month – Mon Jul 2 Payson Big O Tires

10 A – Noon 1146 W 800 S

When Big O Tires announced the opening of its newest location in Payson, the newstore was a design prototype for future Big O Tires facilities to be built nationwide.

A year later, the new store is the pride of the 1,200 store chain, receiving many awards for customer service excellence at a recent National Convention held in Los Angeles. Reese Carter and Gabe Dunn and their team of 15 certified experts have made this store the pride of Big O and the community.

“Big O Tires is thrilled to be in Payson and we look forward to earning the business of our new neighbors while providing great value and exceptional customer service,” said Kevin Dunn, franchise owner of Big O Tires in Payson, Spanish Fork and Nephi.

PG July 4th Fireworks

The City Fire Department is excited to announce the annual 4th of July fireworks show at Pleasant Grove Jr. High School, at 810 N. 100 East. This year, the electronically triggered show will have the first shot being set off by Mayor Bruce Call. The show will begin at dark, between 9:30 – 10 pm for about 20 minutes, filling the sky with color reminiscent of past years. The show will be visible from any position in the area. However, a large buffer zone to the fallout area has been added that will affect the viewing area west of the track. This will limit spectator viewing in that area. Parking is a challenge, please be patient and courteous.

Promenade – The Pleasant Grove Promenade kicks off Thursday, July 5th from 5-9 p.m. in the downtown city park. For more information or to register as a vendor visit
